Today, I will show, how to modify the configuration of a database using the EM.
As first thing, you have to choose the DB which you want to modify from the "Targets" menu and then "Databases".

As first thing, you have to choose the DB which you want to modify from the "Targets" menu and then "Databases".
Now choose one database and then click on the "Server".
Here, on this page, you can change the configuration of the database - "Database Configuration" menu.
You can change Initialization parameters, run Memory advisors, manage undo, etc..
If you want to change the initialization parameters, klick on the "Initialization Parameters" and fill the username and password:

On the next screen, choose the parameter you want to change and then click on the "Apply" button.
If the parameter is "Dynamic" you can change the parameter without restarting the database.
